Scouts cannot operate without our volunteer adult leaders. Many of our leaders are parents of children who attend one of the sections, but others volunteer because of their love of Scouting and desire to share their enthusiasm with children and young people. Whether you want to help lead one of our sections, or you want to share your knowledge of a particular skill or knowledge you have, we would love to hear from you.
All our adult helpers go through a selection process, and there is access to a very comprehensive training programme provided by the Scouts movement. Adult helpers are DBS checked.
